Weld-Qual Services was created to meet the growing need for on-site welding for steel fabricators lacking their own mobile welding teams.

We are equipped to undertake fabrication and welding work on structural and secondary steel, pipework, pressure vessels, main steel sections and more, along with snagging.
We offer mobile welding services on site anywhere around the UK. We are guaranteed to hold all the relevant qualifications and approvals for these disciplines.
Our work has been subjected to numerous non-destructive testing processes, including radiographic inspection, ultrasonic inspection, dye penetrant testing and magnetic particle inspection, along with ensuring that all of our work complies with visual inspection of welds standards.

Mobile Welding & Fabrication Services

All of our employees at Weld-Qual Services carry at least the minimum NVQ levels and City & Guild qualifications for their trade, along with carrying up to date CSCS cards, IPAF+ and abrasive wheels certifications.
We pride ourselves on being able to adhere to all welding procedures and specifications.

Welding & Mobile Welding Services

Weld-Qual Services offer a range of disciplines to support the construction, steel fabrication and welding industry. With several years’ experience and with many projects successfully delivered we have a proven track record.

We have a library of fabrication and welding procedures and welder qualifications which support the requirements of BS EN 1090 / National Structural Steelwork Specification (NSSS) for compliance with site welding activities. We also have access to relevant certified NDT technicians for any non-destructive testing requirements that need to be satisfied. We can offer a complete site welding / steel installation service from start to finish. We also offer “snagging” services.
