Responsible Welding Coordinator Courses
The role of the Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC) is to ensure that all welding operations carried out under his / her control are carried out in a manner which meets the requirements of the application standard and / or contract requirements.
Weld-Qual-Services offer a training course and on-site verification process to verify RWC’s. The training course conetent and verification process has been recognised by a number of Notified Bodies under EN 1090 certification, to meet the RWC requirements for Execution Class 2. Notified bodies include SCCS, Lloyds Register, BM Trada, BSI, ISOQAR (Alcumus), SGS, Centre for Assessment to name but a few.
Our RWC Training course is delivered by a very experienced and competent lecturer who also acts as a responsible welding co ordinator himself, therefore bringing some experiences of the audit process to the course.
Verification of competency is carried out by an independent Certified International & European Welding Engineer.

Cost for our 2 day training course including the exam is £995.00. This includes a bufet lunch and light refreshments.
On-site verification visit (including appraisal and support) is £495 plus travel expenses according to your location. VAT @ 20% is applicable to all costs.
